CONSTITUTION: A cooling and heating system(100) using the tunnel comprise the geothermal exchanger(120), the circulating pump, the heater pump(130), interior heating and cooling instrument. The geothermal exchanger has the heat transfer fluid absorbing the warmth or the cool air of the geothermic.
