PURPOSE: A hands-free device of a mobile phone for a vehicle is provided to prevent resonance since a microphone and a speaker are installed in a mobile-phone container along with a peanut-shape pad. CONSTITUTION: A hands-free device of a mobile phone for a vehicle comprises a mobile-phone container(20), a communication bar(30) and a headset(40). A microphone(21), a speaker(22), a transceiver circuit, and a communication device selecting switch(25) are mounted on the mobile-phone container. The mobile-phone container is installed near a gear box. The microphone, the speaker and an earphone are mounted on the bar, which is installed on the ceiling in a half-recessed state. The headset sends and receives to/from the mobile-phone container by wire or wireless. If a driver puts a mobile phone into the mobile-phone container and selects the button A, the mobile phone sends and receives to/from the communication bar. If the driver selects the button B, the mobile phone sends and receives to/from the headset.
