PURPOSE: A transparent conditioning shampoo composition is provided to ensure transparency and beauty and to maintain regular cleansing ability. CONSTITUTION: A transparent conditioning shampoo composition contains anionic surfactant, non-ionic surfactant or ampholytic surfactant, amphoteric phospholipid compound of chemical formula 1, and amphoteric phospholipic dimethicone compound of chemical formula 2. The surfactant and amphoteric phospholipid compound are contained in 10-25 weight parts and 0.05-5 weight parts based on 100 weight parts of total composition, respectively.
