PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a pipe flange using only the press process of a plate is provided to improve the quality of products by a forging process. CONSTITUTION: A coil type board is prepared(S2). One end of the board is consecutively transferred to a press die, and the punching and chamfering are performed by pressing(S3,S4,S5). The punching is performed on the center of the board. The chamfering is performed to form the inner side of the board in a disc shape. A depressions is formed around the part punched part of the board by pressing(S6). The disc shaped part is cut from the board(S9).
