PURPOSE: A prefabricated panel for construction and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve outer shape and prevent rust stain and corrosion, since one or more outer covers, attached to both sides of a main plate, are made of PC resin material. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a prefabricated panel for construction comprises following steps. Liquid binder resin is uniformly applied on one side of a PC resin roll board(4a) with hot air and is solidified through a cooling dryer(24). A PC resin roll board coated with binder resin passes through a first roll forming machine(26), so that an assembly projection and a bent piece are molded on both external surfaces. An assembly projection and an assembly groove part are molded in both external surfaces. Foam insulation material is interposed between the PC resin roll board and the metal roll board.
