PURPOSE: A walking assistance device is provided, in which an earphone is installed in a convenient and clean mode. CONSTITUTION: A walking assistance device comprises: a camera unit for accepting the video information of the surrounding thing; a first controller for changing a video signal according to the video information accepted from the camera unit into an acoustic signal; an earphone(160) outputting the transformed acoustic signal; a micro phone unit for accepting the sound information by the surrounding thing; a second controller for changing the acoustic signal according to the sound information accepted from the micro phone unit into the visual signal; a display unit(170) outputting the light according to the transformed visual signal; and a power supply unit.
