PURPOSE: A composition containing herb extract for anti-aging is provided to ensure cell activating effect and safety to skin. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for anti-aging contains herb extract as an active ingredient. The herb extract is obtain by extracting herb materials by ultrasonication and filtering the extract using ultrafiltration membrane to remove impurities such as starch, gum, protein and saccharide. The composition further contains ginseng, Atractylodis Rhizoma alba or Discoreae Rhizoma. The herb extract is contained in 0.0001-100 weight% in the cosmetic composition.
