PURPOSE: A hand-held massage machine using vibration and low frequency is provided, which can massage desired site of the human body by generating vibration and low frequency. CONSTITUTION: A hand-held massage machine using vibration and low frequency comprises: a vibration generator(10) generating vibration; a massage unit(20) which is vibrated by the vibration generator; a pad part(30) which is detachably combined with the massage unit and comes into contact with the skin; a low frequency generation part(40) which is built in the pad part and generates the low frequency; and a grip portion(50) which is combined with massage unit.
