PURPOSE: An image forming apparatus and an execution method by the image forming apparatus are provided to inform a user that the possibility of executing printing job using an exclusive discharging unit without waiting for the print job order. CONSTITUTION: A control means(130) registers a receive printing job to a printing queue and executes the registered printing job to output an image formed paper to one of discharging units. When receiving the printing job, a determining unit determines the possibility of outputting paper after executing printing job based on the status of the discharging states of paper units. In case the paper cannot be discharged, a notification unit notifies the disable state to a user. |
