HEAT-EXPANDABLE FLAME-RETARDANT POLYOLEFIN RESIN COMPOSITION AND PANEL USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A heat-expandable flame-retardant polyolefin resin composition and a flame-retardant composite panel using thereof are provided to decrease the specific gravity by foaming a heat-expanding microcapsule. CONSTITUTION: A heat-expandable flame-retardant polyolefin resin composition contains 15~40 parts of polyolefin resin by weight, 60~80 parts of inorganic flame retardant by weight, and 0.2~5 parts of heat-expandable microcapsule. The polyolefin resin includes 20~80 parts of polyethylene resin by weight, and 20~80 parts of ethylene copolymer or thermoplastic rubber by weight.
