METHOD FOR DEVELOPING GENE SPECIFIC MOLECULAR MARKERS USING PROMOTER REGION POLYMORPHISM

PURPOSE: A method for developing molecular marker using SNP of promoter sequence is provided to effectively search polymorphism. CONSTITUTION: A method for developing molecular marker using SNP of a specific promoter sequence comprises: a step of extracting genome DNA from F1 plant having different alleles; a step of preparing a primer for amplifying the specific promoter; a step of amplifying the promoter using the primer; and a step of analyzing the SNP in the specific promoter.
