PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device with a light transmitting getter layer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve a moistureproof property of the organic light emitting display device by covering the upper side and the lateral side of the device array with the getter layer. CONSTITUTION: A device array includes a plurality of unit organic light emitting devices(23). An organic functional film(23b) includes a light emitting layer. An encapsulating substrate is arranged on a device substrate(20u). A light transmitting getter layer covers the upper and lateral sides of the device array between the device substrate and the encapsulating substrate.
