PURPOSE: Even when having the wide action frequency range, the semiconductor IC is proceed the control it linear. The duty cycle of the clock inputted to the DLL(Delay Locked Loop) circuit is revised. CONSTITUTION: Distinguish the working speed of the semiconductor IC and the frequency distinction part(10) is created the frequency area signal. The frequency distinction part comprises the pulse generating part which is created the meristele pulse signal by using the demultiplied clock. It senses the duty cycle of the DLL clock and the duty cycle control part(20) is created the duty cycle control signal.
