PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve electric performance of a product by preventing the increase of an internal resistance of a second electrode. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode is formed on a substrate(10). An organic layer(70) is formed on the first electrode. A second electrode is formed on the organic layer. A light transmitting layer(90) is formed between the organic layer or on the part of the upper side of the second electrode.
