MESENCHYMAL STEM CELL DERIVED FROM UMBILICAL CORD BLOOD EXPRESSING TENASCIN-C AND USE THEREOF

PURPOSE: An umbilical cord blood-derived mesenchymal stem cell which expresses tenascin-C is provided to reduce T cell reaction by antigen. CONSTITUTION: A composition for reducing T cell reaction by antigen contains umbilical cord blood-derived mesenchymal stem cells(UCB-MSC). The UCB-MSC is tenacin-C+. A method for reducing the T cell reaction by the antigen comprises: a step of culturing the UCB-MSC under the presence of immunity-stimulating substance; and a step of separating culture medium supernatant.
