PURPOSE: A detection tape capable of being attached on a plastic pipe is provided to prevent equipment from contacting wires during the construction of a plastic pipe, since the wires are not exposed due to a soft adhesive tape. CONSTITUTION: A detection tape(10) capable of being attached on a plastic pipe comprises a soft adhesive tape(11), adhesive(14), a wire(12), a female connecter(16), a male connector(17), and a release paper(15). The adhesive is spread on the underside of the soft adhesive tape. The wire adheres to the central part of the underside of the soft adhesive tape. The female connecter and the male connector are fixed to both ends of the wire.
