PURPOSE: An oriental herbal medicine composition containing magnet ingredient is provided to improve the effect for removal of fecal impaction. CONSTITUTION: An oriental herbal medicine composition comprises 4-30 weight% of the Discoreae batatas, 4-30 weight% of Astragalus membranaceus, 3-30 weight% of Lycium chinense, 3-30 weight% of Atractylodes lancea, 3-30 weight% of Atractylodes japonica, 4-30 weight% of Gastrodia elata, 4-30 weight% of red ginseng, 21-47 weight% of magnet powder, 4-30 weight% of Angelica sinensis, 5-31 weight% of Cnidium officinale, 3-30 weight% of Rehmannia glutinosa, 4-30 weight% of Cinnamomum cassia, 4-30 weight% of Glycyrrhiza uralensis, 4-30 weight% of Zingiber officinale and 4-30 weight% of Poria cocos. The oriental herbal composition additionally includes 2-4 weight% of Trapa japonica, Taraxacum platycarpum, 3-5 weight% of Agrimonia pilosa, 3-6 weight% of Ziziphus jujuba, 4-7 weight% of Acer tegmentosum, 4-7 weight% of Canavalia gladiata, 4-7 weight% of black bean, 4-7 weight% of garlic.
