PURPOSE: An electronic device having data rate dependent type electricity amplifier bias is provided to supply a wireless communication circuit which power management ability is improved. CONSTITUTION: A wireless frequency power amplifier circuit amplifies a wireless frequency signals transmitted to the predetermined data rate. An adjustment available power circuit supplies the adjustable power voltage to the wireless frequency power amplifier circuit. A storage and processing circuit(12) directs the adjustable power circuit to supply the adjustable power voltage to the wireless frequency amplifier circuit. The storing and processing circuit includes cubic matrix calculator calculating the cubic metric about the wireless frequency signals. |
