PURPOSE: An A/D conversion device reduces the time to be required to practice the switching procedure from the comparator function to A / D transcoding by practicing the switching operation without the demand of the software process. CONSTITUTION: A sample and hold circuit(14) keep the received input analog voltage. In the sequence transformation register(15) is the comparator function, the digital value corresponding to the threshold value for comparison and measurement is stored. The digital-to-analog converter(17) is created the analog voltage corresponding to the digital value saved in the sequence transformation register.
