PURPOSE: A cyclone scrubber for a ship and a gas treatment method thereof are provided to enlarge a surface area for reaction by being designed through a cyclone method. CONSTITUTION: A cyclone scrubber for a ship includes a body(20), a cyclone inflow unit(21), a first nozzle(22) and a second nozzle(23). The cyclone body includes a cylindrical unit and a conic unit. The cyclone inflow unit is formed on the cylindrical unit of the cyclone body, and functions as a passage of waste gas to the cyclone body. The first nozzle is formed at the cyclone inflow unit, and the second nozzle are formed at the cylindrical unit of the cyclone body.
