PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an acrylonitrile-butadiene latex is provided to obtain an NBR latex with the high tensile strength by gradually varying the composition of acrylonitrile. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an acrylonitrile-butadiene latex comprises the following steps: producing a seed by polymerizing a butadien group monomer and an acylonitrile monomer; and producing the latex by inserting the butadien group monomer and the acylonitrile monomer. The acylonitrile monomer is power-fed during the latex producing step.
