METHOD FOR PREPARING LARGE PATICLE SIZED RUBBER LATEX WITH HIGH POLYMERIZATION PRODUCTIVITY

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a large-size rubber latex is provided to effectively manufacture the large-size rubber latex with the high polymerization conversion rate in a short time. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a large-size rubber latex comprises the following steps: reacting a reaction mixture containing 5~10 parts of vinyl monomer by weight, and 60~80 parts of diene-based monomer compound by weight, in 50~65deg C; adding a mixture containing 20~40 parts of diene-based monomer compound by weight; reacting the mixture in 65~75 deg C, to form a small sized-rubber latex; adding a reaction mixture containing 5~20 parts of small sized-rubber latex by weight, and 55~80 parts of diene-based monomer compound by weight, for reacting in 72~80 deg C; adding a mixture containing 10~25 parts of diene-based monomer compound by weight; and adding 10~20 parts of diene-based monomer compound by weight again.
