PURPOSE: A stirrup is provided to help a horseback rider to escape by separating the foot of the rider in an urgent situation. CONSTITUTION: A stirrup comprises a stage(20), an edge part(10), and a connecting member(30). The stage is that the fixing groove(22) more than 2 is formed in the edge portion the foot of the cardinal number is supported. The stage edge portion and both side end point are respectively combined and the edge part surrounds the foot of the cardinal number. The connecting member interlinks the edge part and horse saddle.
