PURPOSE: An aerogenerator with roll-shaped vane plates is provided to produce high quality electricity by handling any situation including storm according to wind strength. CONSTITUTION: An aerogenerator with roll-shaped vane plates comprises a vane plate(4) and a guardrail(3). The vane plate is folded in the shape of a roll. The vane plate moves on the guardrail. The aerogenerator is installed in the shape of steps. The aerogenerator generates power by the rotation of the vanes by wind.
