PURPOSE: A salty water manufacturing device for increasing the accuracy of pickling is provided to reduce working time and personnel cost by automatically supplying the salt for the salty water production. CONSTITUTION: A salt water manufacturing unit(110) mixes salt and water. A salt transfer unit(130) transfers a salt storage unit(120) to the salt water manufacturing unit. A salt water storage unit(140) stores the salty water. The salt water storage unit includes one or more salinity measurement sensors. A first salt water pipe(150) supplies the salty water to the salty water storage. A first pump pumps the salty water to the salty water storage. A second brine line transfers the salty water of the salty water storage to the salty water manufacturing unit.
