PURPOSE: An air flare device and a method thereof are provided to enable the combustion of mixture of flare gas and combustion air without pre-mixing flare gas and combustion air inside a device before the flare gas and the combustion air are lighted outside the flare device. CONSTITUTION: An air flare device(50) discharges flare gas in the air and burns the flare gas. A flare tip(56) of the flare device comprises a flare gas conduit(100) and a combustion air conduit(102). The flare gas conduit comprises a flare gas outlet. The combustion air conduit has a combustion air outlet(134). The entire flare gas is discharged through the flare gas outlet. The flare gas is mixed with the combustion air which is discharged through the combustion air outlet. The inside combustion is prevented, since the entire flare gas is mixed with the combustion air or external air outside the flare device.
