PURPOSE: A device and a system for blocking standby power individually are provided to automatically block the standby power of a product by sensing the user of power of the corresponding product. CONSTITUTION: An adaptor(30) is inserted between a plug(20) of an electronic product and an outlet(40). The adaptor senses the use of the electronic product. If the electronic product is stopped, the adaptor transfers sensing information with identification information. A home networking system(50) receives the sensing information and the identification information from the adaptor. On the basis of the sensing and identification information, the home networking system individually blocks the power supply to the electronic product.
