PURPOSE: An anti-atopic functional food composition is provided to offer extracts from Cordyceps bassiana for making anti-atopic functional food composition. CONSTITUTION: An anti-atopic functional food composition includes the extract by organic solvent of the Cordyceps bassiana to the active ingredient. The organic solvent is either butanol or ethanol. The food is among a bread, biscuit, and snack.
