PURPOSE: A device for equalizing the tension of the wire rope of lift is provided to enhance the safety by equalizing the tension if there is a length difference between the wire ropes of lift. CONSTITUTION: A device for equalizing the tension of the wire rope of lift comprises a main body(200f), a tension control unit, a main rotary shaft(50f), a first external gear(45f), and a second external gear(48f). A receiving space is formed in the main body. The tension control unit is connected to a plurality of belts(10f,20f,30f,40f), which are connected to the wire ripe of lift, and is installed in the main body. The main rotary shaft passes through the tension control unit and is rotatably connected to the main body. The first and second external gears are fixed to the main rotary shaft, are connected to the front and the rear of the tension control unit and transfers the torque.
