PURPOSE: A tour credit card issuing and settlement system and a method thereof are provided to register tour information by linking the card information of a tour card with a passport number and a credit card number. CONSTITUTION: An issuing information receiver(61) receives credit limit information and the issue request of a tour card. A credit inquiry unit(62) inquires the credit of the user credit card, and an issue approving unit(63) confirms whether or not the credit of the credit card includes the credit limit information. A card limit decider(64) judges whether or not the requested payment is included in the credit information, and a card payment requesting unit(65) requests the amount of the requested payment. |
