A PREPARATION METHOD OF NANO-PLATE DY2O3 WITH UNIFORM SIZE

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a nanoplate dysprosium oxide nanoparticle is provided to improve the uniformity of a nanoplate shape of the nanoparticle by forming a dysprosium-organic compound complex solution and sol-gel reacting with an organic solvent. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a nanoplate dysprosium oxide nanoparticle comprises the following steps: dissolving a dysprosium precursor and a surfactant to a mixed solution of water and an organic solvent selected from the group consisting of C6~C30 hydrocarbon, C1~C10 alcohol, and C5~C30 ether, to form a dysprosium-organic compound complex; dissolving the dysprosium-organic compound complex to an organic solvent containing a noncovalent electron-pair; and heating to obtain the nanoplate dysprosium oxide nanoparticle.
