PURPOSE: A computer resource monitoring system offering device state information is provided to supply state information of the computer system to a user without overload of a main computer CPU by outputting device state information through a sub terminal. CONSTITUTION: A host program(100) extracts device information in a main computer. A sub terminal(200) processes information extracted by the host program. The sub terminal includes a receiving unit for receiving information from the host program, a CPU for manufacturing information, a display controller for controlling the display of the manufactured information and a display unit for outputting manufactured information.
