PURPOSE: A lid for kitchen utensils is provided to discharge steam pressure to the outside through a through hole by separating a shaft from the through hole. CONSTITUTION: A lid for kitchen utensils includes a plate(10), a recess(13), a through hole(11a), a shaft(21), and a seesaw cap(20). The recess is depressed from the upper side to the lower side of the plate and partitions a central protrusion(11) and an outer protrusion(12). The through hole is vertically penetrated on the front of the central protrusion. The shaft is fitted to the through hole to be opened. The seesaw cap includes a tilting leg(22) with an incline height to be seesaw-coupled with the recess and cover the central protrusion. The seesaw cap is hinged with the center of the recess.
