PURPOSE: A base construction method of a three-leg support structure for vertical installation of a tidal power generator is provided to stably support a tidal power generator even in case of an irregular seafloor. CONSTITUTION: A base construction method of a three-leg support structure for vertical installation of a tidal power generator is as follows. An assembly in which a joint part(11) and a leg part(12) are integrated is manufactured. A surface installation part(13) is put together in the leg part. The assembly is pulled and placed on the seafloor. The tilt angle of the top and bottom surfaces of the joint part is measured. Top and bottom angle adjusting flanges are coupled to a post(10) according to the measured tilt angle.
