PURPOSE: A mobile vehicle management system is provided to diagnose and control a vehicle through the communication with a vehicle information collecting device and a vehicle management server which are installed at the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle information collecting unit(200) extracts and collects vehicle information. In addition, the vehicle information collecting unit diagnoses the vehicle state and controls the vehicle based on a control signal. A mobile terminal(300) performs wireless communication with the vehicle information collecting device. The mobile terminal controls the vehicle by transmitting the control signal to the vehicle information collecting unit, and a vehicle management server provides a vehicle management service. |
