<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell using organic-inorganic composites and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to absorb solar light with wide wavelength by forming an inorganic structure and an organic structure into in vertically parallel with a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A lower electrode(110) is composed of a conductive material. A semiconductor layer(120) is formed on the lower electrode. A photovoltaic layer(130) is formed on the semiconductor layer. The photovoltaic layer includes an inorganic structure(131) and an organic structure(132). The organic structure surrounds the lateral side part of the inorganic structure. An upper electrode(140) is formed on the photovoltaic layer.</p> |
