FIELD: radio engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: radioelectronic unit consists of a package of printed circuit-boards with adjacent contact areas at the face and back sides of the package boards, terminal blocks made of insulation material with spring contact areas and package clamping elements; from the back side of printed-circuit boards there bonded metal plates. The unit contains dielectric spacer, temperature sensors and heating elements. Temperature sensors are installed on printed-circuit boards, heating elements are bonded to metal plates, and dielectric spacers are located between back sides of the printed-circuit boards and metal plates of printed-circuit board package. ^ EFFECT: despite of ambient temperature in radioelectronic unit location area required specified temperature necessary for its stable and safe operation is provided. ^ 2 dwg |
