FIELD: oil and gas industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method at which there determined is stress tensor in formation, and which involves start of perforation charge to well shaft for perforation of formation and execution at lest of one selection stages of perforation charge and orientation of perforation charge in well shaft on the basis at least partially of determination of stress tensor. Systems used in well shaft, containing perforator intended for being lowered to well in well shaft for perforation of formation enveloping the well shaft, and perforation charge. Perforation charge is located in perforator and oriented relative to well shaft on the basis of determining the damage zone of formation near well shaft, which changes relative to well shaft.
