FIELD: electricity. ^ SUBSTANCE: coating is arranged in the form of metal film, which contains particles of synthetic carbon diamond-containing material dispersed in specified metal film, and the material contains carbon in the form of nuclei of superdispersed diamond surrounded by shell that contains radio-amorphous carbon, and having surface functional groups on surface of particles, containing oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen, with ratio of nucleus weight and shell weight of (60-92):(40-8), accordingly, and having the following element composition, wt %: carbon 91-94, hydrogen 1.6-5.0, nitrogen 1.8-4.5 and oxygen 2.0-8.5, bound with coating metal. Method for coating production includes electrochemical deposition from electrolyte, containing ions of deposited metal and diamond-containing additive in the form of aqueous suspension of synthetic carbon diamond-containing material particles, specified above. Method for additive production includes processing of previously dried powder of diamond-containing charge with nitric acid in process of boiling for 2.0-5.0 hours, separation of produced product and its washing until pH makes 5.0-7.0. ^ EFFECT: improved microhardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance. ^ 8 cl, 19 tbl, 4 ex, 2 dwg |
