A composition comprising myoinositol, melatonin and optionally folic acid for controlling gamete quality (oocytes and spermatozoa), promoting the physiological rhythms of the production of FSH and LH and the action thereof on the level of their target (ovary and testicle), by administration of the composition in such a quantity as to provide 1 to 4 g/day of myoinositol, 1 to 5 mg of melatonin and, optionally, 200 to 800 µg of folic acid. |
