FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: there is proposed manufacturing method of inking discs from high-resistant nickel alloys, which involves vacuum-induction melting, manufacture of workpiece for deformation, homogenising annealing, heating for pre-deformation, pre-deformation, heating for final deformation, and final deformation. Heating for final deformation is performed in two steps, at that in step I there performed is heating to temperature of Tfd'-(225245)C and exposure of not less than 2 hours, and in step II - heating to temperature Tfd'-(1070)C with speed of not more than 60C/hour, exposure of not less than 2 hours, final deformation is performed by rolling at temperature of Tfd'-(1070)C with deformation speed 10-110-4, where Tfd' - temperature of full dissipation of '-phase. ^ EFFECT: decreasing metal yield stress at deformation of workpieces and increasing metal use coefficient; discs obtained with the proposed method have increased life time and reliability. ^ 3 tbl, 3 ex |
