FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rolling, namely to coiled material winders/unwinders and can be used at rolling mills and strip lengthwise cutters. Proposed device comprises drive drum with segments arranged to move radially driven by screws. Drum is provided with circular table that has radial guides interacting with segments. Drive screws have cylindrical collars. Spherical thrust roller bearings arranged on opposite sides of the collar thrust against said collars. Bearings are fitted in housings secured in circular table top faces. Said top faces are located perpendicular to screw axes. Drive screws are articulated with rotation drive, while nuts are arranged in segments and locked against axial displacements. ^ EFFECT: expanded performances and higher reliability. ^ 3 dwg
