<p>FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: biopreparation based on hydrocarbon-oxidising strain Phyllobacterium myrsinacearum VKPM V-9079 is obtained by successively culturing the strain on a medium with peptone, sucrose, source of phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, and on a medium with a corn-steep extract, sucrose and a source of phosphorus, potassium and magnesium. The obtained concentrate is diluted with sterile distilled water to which is added (g/l): concentrate of a bacterial suspension - 100.0; molasses - 20.0; K2HPO4 - 1.5; KH2PO4 - 1.5; MgSO4 - 1.5 or the obtained concentrate is mixed with 15% solution of molasses and water in ratio of 1:1:1, inoculation with the obtained mixture of sterile expanded vermiculite followed by surface culturing for 3-5 days at 18-20C. The biopreparation is efficient and recycles petroleum hydrocarbons, including polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons in a short period of time. Total amount of petroleum hydrocarbons fell by 84.1% after 15 days of treatment with a liquid biopreparation and 78.1% using a dry biopreparation. ^ EFFECT: use of the liquid form of biopreparation lowered total content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAC) and the dry form. ^ 4 tbl, 2 ex</p> |
