<p>FIELD: heating. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the structure of vacuum electro-heated vessel sleeve. The structure consists of inner container (1), outer housing (2), vacuum connecting layer (3) and electric heater (4), in which inner container (1) and outer housing (2) are closely connected by welding at sleeve neck. Vacuum connecting layer (3) is located between the bottom of the inner container and bottom of the outer housing. The edges are sealed by welding with the bottom of the inner container. Vacuum connecting layer (3), as well as the bottom of outer housing, (2) have through holes (5) for power supply and signal wires. The edges of these two through holes (5) are sealed by welding. ^ EFFECT: increase of sleeve production effectiveness, welding easiness allows improving the quality of welding joints, guarantees the required degree of vacuum rarefication inside the sleeve and improves the effectiveness of heat insulation of vacuum electro-heated vessel.</p> |
