摘要 FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly to method of producing doped iron alloys from iron-containing wastes. Cinder powder in amount of 75-80 wt % by wt is mixed in mixer with aluminium powder in amount of 20-25 wt % to produce thermit mix. Doping additives represent titanium carbide in amount of 8-20 % of thermit mix weight, molybdenum in amount of 10-12% of thermit mix weight, and ferrosilicium in amount of 2-4% of thermit mix weight. Thermit mix with said doping additives are loaded in the mould, combustion is initiated and melting is performed by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis. ^ EFFECT: preset composition, high wear resistance, viscosity and hardness. ^ 1 ex
