Proposed mould comprises body wide side and crosswise baffles. Mould comprises two cells with horizontal bottom. Bottom sides relate as follows: /äô = 1:1.25. Mould lengthwise baffle represents a spherical segment with radius R1 equal to 0.31-0.35 of cell bottom side äô. Cell side surface opening angle on cell bottom side equals 60. Cell side surface opening angle on cell bottom side äô equals 65. Mould thickness makes 0.22-0.25 of cell bottom side äô. ^ EFFECT: higher quality and mechanical strength. ^ 3 dwg
