The grinder includes a body, a screw, a grid with holes, a knife and a cap nut. The grid with holes is made magnetic. The knife is made composite of several blades where the blade bases, but the first one, are stepped on the attachment area, and each subsequent step of the blade is higher than the previous at a value of the previous steps. The screw is equipped with a replaceable pin-shaft.
