The device has a small plate (1) made of flexible material. An elongated cavity (3) is shaped and designed for housing an elongated tubular body and provided in a sub face (2) of the plate. An end of the cavity is defined by a partition (5) comprising an opening (6) permitting passage and positioning of needles. A portion (2a) of the sub face of the plate in contact with a skin of a patient is covered with an auto-adhesive film during utilization of the device, where the device is made of silicon based biomedical and flexible plastic materials.
