The element (10') has external and internal parts (101', 100') with vertical edges (20, 21), horizontal edges (711, 710), inclined edges (801, 800), beveled edges and parallel side faces, where the element is made of clay brick, concrete block or cellular concrete block. The side faces (51, 401) of the external part have a surface larger than a surface of the side faces of the internal parts. The external and internal parts are contiguous by one of side faces and arranged with respect to each other such that the horizontal and vertical edges are coplanar. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a single block construction element.
