PURPOSE: A power engine using a rotating circular plate to block magnetism and a permanent magnet are provided to generate a lot of driving energy, since the same poles of the permanent magnets is used by repulsion. CONSTITUTION: A power engine using a rotating circular plate to block magnetism and a permanent magnet comprises a piston(100), a cylinder(200), and a magnetic force blocking plate(310). A permanent magnet(110) is installed on the piston. A fixed permanence magnet(210) for face to face repulsion is installed in the cylinder. The magnetic force blocking plate is installed in the rotating disc(300). The magnetic force blocking plate moves in and out between the fixed permanence magnets. A rotary shaft(330) of a rotating disc is connected to a crank(410) rotary shaft(400) through bevel gears(320,420).
